Every day the world seems to be more of a mess. Fighting, killing, political bullshit flood the news. Our economy is tanking leaving once vital factories vacant and falling down around us. Some of my photos reflect that, but many others are meant as little reminders that there are still some amazing, life affirming, miracles in this Broken World.

Shortness of Life
The pine trees that dominate the entrance to this cemetery are a stark example of how short our life truly is. When marble headstones or ashes in a jar are all that remain to prove that we existed, we need to make our moments matter.
